Where can I see upcoming live events?

In the "EVENT" area there is a calendar of events, where you can check both upcoming and past events.

How can I log out from viewing on device?

It can be exited from the current device by tapping the "Log Out" icon on the player. After a successful logout, you can log-in with the same code/link and continue viewing on another device.

How do I order a video archive?

You simply go to the "VIDEOS" section, where you choose the correct event and the starting number of the performer in the dance category. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

When and how do I get the ordered video archive?

Archive recordings start processing immediately after the event end and are ready for delivery within 24 hours. When the video file is ready, we send it to your email via WeTransfer.

Can I post a purchased video publicly on social media?

Of course, Yes. The video must not be changed and must remain as is. It can be published anywhere, as long as you have the legal consent of the people in the video.

Which payment method do you accept?

We accept payment cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club as well as payment processors Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal.

I'm having trouble buying a Ticket on my Mobile Phone?

For security reasons (required by the bank), Mobile phones must be on the latest software version. On your device Go to Settings --> General --> Software update / OR try buying a Ticket on another device, e.g. PC.

I'm having trouble watching the live stream?

You must have at least 10 Mbps internet speed in Download to watch the live streaming smoothly. The mobile network is suitable for viewing only if you have at least 3-4 bars of 4G/5G signal.

Which video do I get with order?
