You can redeem your ticket on any day. Each Ticket allows you to access the live stream until the end of the competition day.

Which payment method do you accept?

We accept payment cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club as well as payment processors Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal.

Can I use a single access code/link on multiple devices?

You can start playback on any device and continue playback on other devices as well. However, per access code/link only one device can play the stream at a same time. In case of malicious use of the access code/link on several different devices at a same time, it can lead to a complete blocking of access to view the live stream.

How long is an access code/link valid for?

Access code/link is valid from the time of activation until the end of the competition day. Please follow the organizers schedule.

I'm having trouble buying a Ticket on my Mobile Phone?

For security reasons (required by the bank), Mobile phones must be on the latest software version. On your device Go to Settings --> General --> Software update / OR try buying a Ticket on another device, e.g. PC.
